Year 11 Geography Field Trip
February 12th, 2015 by Sarah Turnham
Year 11 pupils visited the Afon Grwyne Fawr in the Brecon Beacons on Wednesday 11th February 2015 as part of their GCSE coursework. The students spent the day measuring and recording data on water velocity, channel width and depth, slope angle and bedload size. Although there was still snow on the ground and the water not far above freezing, all groups completed their tasks and had a really awesome day. They will now spend time in the classroom writing up their findings.
