Well done Kelsie on being awarded with a plaque that you get to keep for one year for ‘Scout of the Year’ and for you trophy which you get to keep forever. This was awarded to Kelsie for helping out in her local Scout group with the cubs and beavers. We are all so proud of you Kelsie.
