Important Information for Year 8 Parents/Carers

Good afternoon Parents/Carers
We have today received confirmation of a second positive Covid-19 case within the Year 8 year group.
After consulting with infectious diseases, we can confirm that as Year 8 are already isolating no further action is required from the school.
As instructed in earlier communications, Year 8 learners are to self isolate at home for 14 days as a precautionary measure in order to reduce the possible spread of the virus to family, friends and the wider community. The date all Year 8 learners can return to school is Monday 14th December 2020. In the meantime home learning will continue to be provided to all Year 8 learners.
